gimme gimme a man after midnight...

can't wait until jan 2011 for more damon!!!!!
also, i hope that new vamp chick who's been his friend with benefits dies, because i don't like her. i want more delena tension and less stefelena kissy kissy love love. not that i mind the stefelena, i mean stefan is so hot, but damon is so much hotter. though i suppose if i got what i wanted, i wouldn't be interested in it anymore. the tension is probably better than the real thing, huh?

teddy went that way?

i so thought the guy who plays teddy on 90210 was so totally adorable, but obviously 30something. i was able to suspend my disbelief on his real age to appreciate that bod, and then he went a way i so totally didn't expect, which just goes to prove: all the good ones are either married, taken, or in his case gay. waaaaah!

why nothing's been done in centuries...

haven't written a darn thing in a month or so.
but was excited to beta read saw it coming  by becky wallace, a ya mystery romance that was a fun read. so totally love sam and his sexy 'intuition.'
also was excited to have becky beta my beast, which she brought up the beloved things i figured she would but have been too miserable to change.
can't wait to beta some more of g's things, if he gets the fingers flowing again.
pretty much everyone's been busy with holidays and work to chuck out anything.

torture--i mean synopsis: a necessary evil

i think the synopsis was a form of torture invented by the spanish inquisition.
nevertheless, it seems to be a necessary evil. and 'write' now, that's what i'm working on: the synopsis to my ya paranormal beast of burden. and i thought the query made me sweat bullets!

logline crit

critters are abundant at the 3rd logline contest. this was both fun and scary, since i entered, and am certainly no expert when it comes to writing or crittering a logline. but that's how we learn.

add your own two cents worth at miss snark's first victim

last day for dear lucky agent contest

yeah, so i was taking a break from blogging to rest the hand, but...

...rules were meant to be broken. right? well at least bent, guys.

so i'm blogging about a really cool ya contest.
